We want parents to have just as smooth sailing just like our patients, which is why we offer several easy ways to pay. We also do our best to streamline our new patient paperwork process by making them all digital! Patient Forms
After you have scheduled your child’s appointment with our team, we’ll send you a digital copy of our new patient forms for you to fill out. We recommend doing this before their visit so you don’t have to worry about doing so when you arrive.
Dental Insurance
Our office is incredibly dental insurance-friendly. We accept virtually all PPO dental insurance plans and are in-network with most of them! This means that we’re happy to file claims on your behalf and maximize your benefits at every one of your child’s appointments. If you ever have any questions about covered services or how your plan works, we can also help you answer them!
No Insurance? Try Our In-House Membership Plan!
If you’re uninsured, you would be a perfect candidate for our in-house membership plan! For a low set fee of either $220 or $275 per year, your child will receive all of their necessary preventive care as well as a discount on any other needed treatments! If your dental insurance doesn’t cover the complete cost of one of your child’s treatments, you can take advantage of our partnership with CareCredit. This third-party financier allows you to split the cost of treatment up into smaller, easier-to-manage monthly payments upon approval.
